1. About Tough4T Inc.
Tough4T Inc. is a registered charity dedicated to honouring the legacy of Tiana Mangakahia by supporting young women facing breast cancer. Every donation received goes directly towards this cause.

2. How to Donate
Donations can be made through our website at www.tough4t.com. We accept donations via the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
Donations can be made as:

• A one-off gift

• In honour or memory of a loved one

3. Use of Donations
All funds donated to Tough4T Inc. are used to support young women affected by breast cancer. Purchases made through our website also contribute to this cause. Tough4T Inc. is committed to using donations responsibly and in accordance with our charitable purpose. We do not use donated funds for purposes outside of our stated mission.

4. Tax Receipts
Tough4T Inc. is a registered charity. Where Tough4T Inc. holds Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), donations of $2 or more may be tax-deductible for Australian residents. A receipt will be issued to all donors via email following a successful donation. This receipt will include:

• Tough4T Inc.'s name and ABN

• Your name and donation amount

• The date of your donation

• A statement confirming that no goods or services were provided in exchange for the gift

All donations are final and non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances. For example, where a donation was made in error or as a result of fraud — please contact us promptly and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
