SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Shipping

a) Order Processing

Orders can take up to a week to process. We aim to have your order fulfilled and shipped ASAP. Once we have your product in stock and ready for shipment you will receive an email updating you about your order status. Once products are in stock we aim to process and lodged them for delivery every Monday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

b) Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Once lodged with Australia Post - Estimated delivery times are:

   Metro areas:  3–7 business days
   Regional areas:  5–10 business days
   Remote areas:  7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

c) International Shipping

Currently we cant ship to international destinations. If you're outside Australia and wish to place an order please contact us and we will see how we can assist you. Please note:

   - Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
   - International delivery times may vary due to customs processing delays beyond our control.

d) Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping carrier. Tough4T Inc. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

2. Returns & Refunds

a) Our Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final, except where a product is faulty or where your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply (see Section 2c below).

b) Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at tough4t@gmail.com with:

   - Your order number
   - A description of the fault or damage
   - Clear photographs of the issue

Once we assess your claim, we will offer one of the following remedies depending on the nature of the fault:

   - A replacement of the same product
   - A store credit to the value of the item
   - A full refund to your original payment method

Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Tough4T Inc.

c) Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the ACL.

d) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

   - Downloadable or digital products
   - Personalised or custom-made items
   - Items that have been used, washed, or altered after receipt
   - Gift cards or store credit vouchers

e) Donations

All donations made through our website are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Lodge a Return

Step 1 – Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.

Step 2 – Wait for our team to assess your claim. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Step 3 – If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Step 4 – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your remedy within 5 business days.
